Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai at South Nassau - General Surgery Categorical PGY-3 Resident Position

Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai at South Nassau (General Surgery Residency Program may have an opportunity for a categorical PGY 3 position) starting 7/1/2019. Submissions will be accepted via email only. Qualified applicants must have completed a PGY1 and PGY2 in good standing at an ACGME-accredited surgery residency program. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or a Permanent Resident. We do not sponsor H1 or J1 Visas.

• Current Curriculum Vitae (CV) • Personal Statement • USMLE Transcript (Step I, Step II CS & CK) with a minimum score of 220 • Three current letters of recommendation, one of which must be from the current Program Director • Medical School transcript, and MSPE (Dean’s letter) • Summative (end of rotation and 6-month) evaluation reports from current training program • Rotations you have completed • ACGME Milestone reports • ACGME Case Logs (Defined category report, endoscopy report, critical care report) • All ABSITE Scores • ECFMG, if applicable
